U.P. Heavy Manifest - Parts 1 & 2 for Cajon Pass route by 3DTrainstuff ROLLING STOCK LIST NEEDED -------------------------------------- This Activity begins at West Colton Yard where dispatch already has you lined out for the Palmdale Cutoff. You'll be in charge of a long, heavy manifest freight. Through the Palmdale Cutoff, over the Lytle Creek bridge, and eventually up the steep grades of Cajon, where the engines will begin to strain as you max out your seven units' tractive effort. Along the way you will get to see several AT&SF trains, working along side, and coasting downgrade toward West Colton. A southbound U.P. tank train will stop you at Wash, but as soon as he clears the main it's clear signals all the way to Lancaster. -------------------------------------- ...back to MSTS activities
